Shipping Policy

 

We believe that genuine customer service is the key to our success. That is why we support our high quality leather journals, albums, log books, and other leather accessories with friendly customer representatives to assist you.  We always take the time to fully inspect, package, and ship our products directly to you in a timely manner.

 

Orders are shipped from our studio within 3-5 business days from the order date.  After shipment delivery timeframes vary by location.  Because each of our products are made to order in our studio, this 3-5 business-day time frame allows us to accommodate the needs of all our customers and clients.  Orders with 10 or more items may require additional production time.  If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-426-4957 or email us at info@rustico.com.


We ship to a selection of countries outside the United States.  Available countries can be viewed in the dropdown upon checkout.  If you have additional questions, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-426-4957 or email info@rustico.com for more information.  International orders do not qualitfy for our "free shipping for orders over $75" offer.

 

BECAUSE WE MAKE EVERYTHING TO ORDER:

- Rush requests are unable to be accomodated.  Please place your order allowing plenty of time for production and delivery (up to 12 business days).

- Order cancellations are unable to be accomodated after your order is officially submitted.

- Personalization changes are unable to be accomodated after your order is officially submitted.
 


Return Policy

 

Each customer who places an order with us receives the best in hand-made leather products including leather journals, log books, and other leather accessories. To ensure quality, our customer care team carefully inspects each and every product before leaving our creation studio.


If you are not completely satisfied* with your product, or if it appears to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of receipt to arrange for a return** or exchange. Our Customer Service Department can be reached by calling toll free: 866-426-4957.


*Please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom orders, orders that have been personalized, items with natural blemishes, or items that vary slightly in leather color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the tanning processes we use). 

 

**A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be applied to each returned order.
