Customer Satisfaction is very important to Rustico and you can rest assured you will receive only the highest quality leather journals, log books, and other leather accessories, as well as friendly customer support and the timely delivery of our handmade leather products.

In an effort to best serve our customers, we have partnered with overnight couriers including FedEx to provide the safe and secure shipping of our handmade leather journals, log books, and other leather products.

Delivery times do vary by location; however, most orders are Shipped within 3 to 6 days of being placed. Because all our products are Handmade to order in our studio this time frame is needed to accommodate our customers and clients.  If would like to receive your shipment earlier, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-426-4957 to arrange for a rush delivery**.
