Shipping Policy

In an effort to best serve our customers, we have partnered with overnight couriers including FedEx and USPS to provide safe, secure, and timely shipping.

Delivery times vary by location. However, most orders are shipped within five to seven days from the order date. Because each of our products are handmade to order in our studio, this time frame allows us to accommodate the needs of all our customers and clients. If you would like to request a quicker shipment for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-426-4957 or email us at info@rusticoleather.com to see if your "rush" request can be accommodated.*

Return Policy

Each customer who places an order with us receives the very best in handmade leather products including leather journals, log books, and other leather accessories. To ensure quality, our customer care team carefully inspects each and every product before leaving our manufacturing plant.

If you are not completely satisfied* with your product, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department to learn about our return** policies for products returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. *Please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom orders, orders that have been personalized, or items that vary slightly in leather color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the rustic tanning processes we use). 

**A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be applied to each returned order.
